Deb, the leasing agent, has done her best--but she is hamstrung by an owner who cares nothing, and apparently knows nothing, about customer service and interacting with people.

Not gonna happen
For starters, the company used an out-of-date lease designed for apartment complexes to lease us a 3,000 s/f house. It included things like not having a grill on the patio or being able to plant flowers in the flower beds...really? In a 3,000 s/f rancher? The agent says: "Oh don't worry, that doesn't apply to this house"...Should have been my first clue! This shows the level of ineptness and lack of attention to detail that exists in the business dealings.
The biggest complaints has been the length of time it has taken Century 21 Dale to respond to and resolve maintenance issues. We are currently going on 3 weeks with a toilet not working, and there is no firm time table for it being fixed.
His answer,That must be frustrating.
I cannot begin to explain how disappointing it has been to lease a property through Century 21 Dale over the past year and a half.

The company allowed our home to only have 1 smoke detector for over a year, and then asked if we would be willing to put them in?! They have also allowed the owners to not have a safety cover or enclosure around the pool in the back yard. We offered to pay for the installation of safety cover if the owners would purchase, but they have refused.
We made our money!
If I could leave a 0 Star Review, I would!! Don't rent from these people they are terrible. I am a good tenant and they treated me and my family like crap! Seriously, stay away!
