Very satisfied with all the business i have had with Aaron's.
We got a washer dryer from them in July had a great experience and have since until today...was told they would deliver a recliner between 10-12 they called the cell at 859am and left a very fast message about delivering it NOW, I didnt get that message until I turned my phone on, called at 12:10 asking where they were, said they would be here ASAP called again at 1:00 and asked where they were and ended up hanging up on them, I called back at 1:10 they said they were in Camp Hill etc not my issue YOU SAID BETWEEN 10-12 so BE HERE BETWEEN THOSE TIMES not before and not after and IF you are going to be late KEEP CALLING or LEAVE ANOTHER MESSAGE!!!. They got here at 1:28 and never once said they would do anything to rectify the situation then (that was the MANAGER Gregg) then Tabitha LIED and said she called my cell 3 times and the home 3 times..funny one new number on caller ID and it wasnt the store number and 1 call from the store on the cell no messages left but the first one. I am mad as all get out. NEVER will I rent from them again unless they do something to show they are sorry and want to keep my business if not we out...calling corporate on Monday

I have been dealing with Tabby amd Greg for years now, and I will say they have always been fair. In addition, customer service has always been great as well as prices. If something needs repaired it is always fixed in a timely matter. Great ppl and a great store.
